Technology of Hydro-Tablet Therapy for Children with Disabling Diseases

Brief description	The technology of hydro-tablet therapy means effect of circular dynamic hydro-tablet (using of a special panel) massage to legs with gradual transfer to the back, where the strongest reflexogenic zones are located (lumbar and sacral spinal part and cervical spinal part) that results in activation of strong receptor field. While carrying out the hydro-tablet therapy, the skin receptors and receptors of subdermic tissues become an initial point of complex physical and visceral effects, which is of crucial importance regarding rehabilitation of severe disabling pathologies of children, such as hip osteochondropathy or scoliosis. The therapeutic effect of hydrotherapeutic treatment reveals at three levels: local, segmentary and the general (entire human body). The new technology of therapeutic treatment (methodology of hydro-tablet therapy) of neuromuscular apparatus status and musculoskeletal system status by children suffering hip osteohondropathy and scoliosis means application of Shower Unit with Installed Hydro-Massage Panel device. The device enables setting of the required parameters of hydrodynamic pressure, temperature, speed and water jet trajectory, it is possible to combine them. The hydrodynamic energy is delivered precisely; it is transmitted through the skin surface to the human body tissue. They put a sick child in a specially equipped unit (sanitary-engineering equipment, the certificate of sanitary and epidemiological expertise of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine as of June 06, 2007 # 05.0302-04/28214, State Register of Products and Services # 28.75.11) and run hydro-tablet therapy set (innovation to the State Register of Industry Innovations, 2009, # 107/30/09).
